Web Remote reliability improvements 15.0

Enhancement
Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

This release enhances the reliability of Web Remote sessions by introducing DNS fallback mechanisms within both the Datto RMM Agent and Web Remote communication channels. When DNS resolution issues occur on a target device, the system automatically retries using a set of known public DNS servers, helping prevent connection failures and ensuring technicians can establish remote sessions more consistently.

These improvements are designed to minimize disruptions caused by DNS-related networking issues, delivering a more dependable remote support experience. Enhanced DNS analytics logging also provides greater visibility into connection behavior, helping support teams diagnose and resolve connectivity issues more effectively.
