Autotask 2026.3 introduces new enhancements to help MSPs streamline service delivery, improve operational efficiency and simplify business management. This release expands planning and dispatching capabilities, enhances AI-assisted ticket triage workflows, simplifies contract management and extends e-invoicing compliance support.
Resource Planner continues to evolve
Resource Planner takes another step toward becoming a centralized planning hub for dispatchers and technicians.
Teams can now create and manage appointments, to-do items and service calls directly within Resource Planner, reducing the need to switch between scheduling tools. Additional visibility has been added through new scheduling columns and filters, while integrated Google Maps links make it easier for technicians to navigate to on-site appointments.

These updates help teams coordinate work more efficiently while keeping planning and scheduling activities in a single workspace.
Faster ticket triage workflows
Digital Specialist for Ticket Triage continues to evolve with enhancements designed to improve both administration and day-to-day triage operations.
Administrators can now manage Ticket Triage workflow rules directly from the Ticket Triage settings page, making it easier to configure and maintain automation. Meanwhile, the new Suggestion Preview Drawer allows service desk teams to review and act on AI recommendations without leaving the triage queue, creating a faster and more streamlined review process.

Together, these improvements help teams process tickets more efficiently while maintaining control over triage decisions.
Simplifying service packaging and billing
We’re introducing Service Package Arrangements for Umbrella Contracts, a new capability that allows multiple services to be grouped into a single package.
By consolidating related services into one billable arrangement, MSPs can simplify contract management, reduce invoice complexity, and create a cleaner billing experience for customers while retaining visibility into the individual services that make up each package.
Service Package Arrangements will be rolled out later in the 2026.3 release cycle.
Expanded e-invoicing compliance
Autotask now supports Spain’s e-invoicing requirements, including AEAT Verifactu compliance.
New capabilities support B2B, B2C, and B2G invoicing scenarios, government invoice routing through FACe, QR code support for invoice validation, and tax authority reference tracking. These enhancements help organizations operating in Spain meet evolving regulatory requirements while maintaining existing invoicing workflows.
Additional Improvements
In addition to these feature enhancements, Autotask 2026.3 includes a range of usability improvements, performance enhancements, and bug fixes across the platform to improve stability and day-to-day user experience.
