Kaseya is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Strategic Account Manager to focus on expanding existing accounts with mature, high-growth partners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a deep understanding of both Kaseya’s solutions and the broader channel ecosystem, particularly with Private Equity (PE) or financially backed Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who have high-end growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Expansion & Revenue Growth:
    Proactively engage with current partners and clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging Kaseya’s full suite of products to drive both short-term and long-term revenue growth. Take ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Partnership Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within the C-Suite, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning their needs with Kaseya’s solutions. Understand business models, revenue, profit, and margin to effectively communicate Kaseya’s value.
  • Strategic Sales Execution:
    Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews. Identify new opportunities and address potential challenges, while leveraging business acumen to understand what is important to senior executives.
  • Adoption & Engagement Management:
    Monitor customer usage and proactively address adoption challenges, ensuring Kaseya’s solutions are fully integrated and driving value. Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, to ensure seamless implementation and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Business Intelligence & Market Knowledge:
    Due to the maturity of our partners, who often evaluate multiple solutions within the channel, it’s crucial to understand not only Kaseya’s offerings but also the broader competitive landscape. Stay informed about major players in the channel to position Kaseya effectively against competitors.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Foster collaboration to ensure a smooth transition of accounts and the successful implementation of new solutions.
  • CRM Management:
    Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts. Ensure all interactions are logged and tracked to support effective sales strategies and drive success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the technology or SaaS industries. Experience working with and understanding B2B high-growth business models is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business models, with the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and drive conversations around revenue, profit, and margin. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Motivated, coachable, and competitive with a resilient drive to succeed.
  • In-depth understanding of the managed services industry, key technology solutions, and major players in the channel. Ability to position Kaseya effectively within this competitive landscape.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
