Ready to lead from the front and put your stamp on EMEA’s go-to-market strategy? Kaseya is searching for a high-impact Solutions Specialists Manager to drive, inspire, and shape our elite team of Solution Specialists and Sales Engineers across the region. This is your chance to run with industry leaders, steer growth across our full product portfolio, and own the execution of every key initiative, from revenue acceleration to enablement.

We want someone who thrives on building momentum, elevating technical sales talent, and making a measurable mark on the business.

As the Solutions Specialists Manager, you will:  

  • Lead and manage a team of  Solution Specialists and SEs across EMEA 
  • Own team KPIs and performance tracking related to product revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and partner engagement 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Channel to execute regional strategy 
  • Coach team members through deal strategy, execution, and enablement delivery 
  • Manage onboarding, training, and continuous improvement programs for team members 
  • Represent product category in regional forecast calls, leadership meetings, and QBRs 
  • Drive internal alignment and act as point of escalation for product-related initiatives 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years experience in a technology related sales role, including 2+ years in team leadership 
  • Proven success in managing high-performing technical sales or solution teams 
  • Deep familiarity with MSP and channel-driven GTM models 
  • Strong understanding of Kaseya technologies is a plus 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills 
  • Ability to travel across EMEA and occasionally to the US for key events
