About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive full-cycle sales for our professional services offerings targeted at IT professionals. In this role, you will be responsible not only for generating and qualifying leads, but also for managing the entire sales process — from first contact to closed-won deal.
This is a quota-carrying role where you’ll sell directly to IT decision-makers and influencers (CEOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Architects, and System Owners), helping them leverage our consulting, implementation, and managed services to solve critical IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Own the entire sales process — from prospecting and initial discovery to proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage potential customers within IT functions using outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Conduct Discovery and Demos: Lead discovery conversations to uncover technical and business needs. Tailor presentations and proposals to each customer’s unique IT environment and objectives.
• Close New Business: Manage deal flow through the sales pipeline, addressing objections, aligning stakeholders, and driving urgency to secure new contracts for professional services.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and set up engagements for success post-sale.
• Maintain CRM Discipline: Log all activity, pipeline stages, and forecasting data accurately in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).

Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or a technical consulting environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle, outbound role.
• Strong understanding of IT buyers and infrastructure, including cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills; comfortable discussing both business and technical concepts with IT stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
