WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An experienced Senior Manager of Product Analytics with expertise in working within cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and influencing ideas at high levels, and working and leading other data analysts.

 

THE SCHEDULE: 
This role is full-time

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Set team goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative environment that allows team members to excel in their role.
  • Develop and execute data analysis strategies aligned with Kaseya’s product goals and business objectives.
  • Design and oversee data experiments, A/B testing, and other methodologies.
  • Translate technical findings into business language, presenting data driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

 

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, modeling, and interpretation within a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to create clear and effective visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in progressively more complex data analysis roles.
  • The ability to handle large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with product telemetry, including generating dashboards and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and presenting findings at high levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
  • A track record of creative problem-solving and innovation, applying data analysis to uncover new opportunities and solutions.
