Human Resources Manager – Colombia

Position Overview 

Kaseya is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to build and lead all HR functions for our operations in Medellín, Colombia. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about establishing best-in-class HR practices that support business objectives and foster a vibrant company culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

People Operations and Compliance: Establish and manage HR processes that meet both Kaseya’s global standards and Colombia’s local labor requirements. From audits to documentation to recordkeeping, you’ll be the operational lead ensuring we stay compliant, consistent, and ready to scale.

Go-To for Managers and Employees: Serve as the first point of contact for our Colombia-based employees and leaders — coaching managers on performance, morale, and development, and handling employee relations with sound judgment and discretion.

Hiring and Onboarding: In partnership with Talent Acquisition, support headcount planning and recruitment for Colombia, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term engagement and success from day one.

Market-Aligned Rewards:  In partnership with Global Rewards COE, implement Kaseya’s compensation and benefits practices locally. Work closely with Payroll to ensure every employee are paid accurately and competitively.

Culture and Engagement: Partner with business leaders in building a high-performance, people-first culture in Colombia, supporting local engagement efforts, recognition programs, and continuous feedback loops.

Execution and Insight: Work closely with HR Ops to manage transactions and system updates, track key metrics and insights to make smarter decisions.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; experience in building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. 
  • Experience in the technology sector or a fast-growing multinational company is an advantage. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) required. 
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives to completion.
