This leader will drive alignment between engineering, product, security, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery across a complex, fast-growing, global organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-scale SaaS environments, understands enterprise IT operations and MSP workflows, and can bring operational rigor to multi-product, multi-team technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-quarter programs spanning cyber security, IT automation, cyber resilience, and platform modernization.
  • Define program scope, technical dependencies, timelines, and execution frameworks in coordination with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Drive governance, program dashboards, OKRs, and reporting mechanisms that create transparency for executives and global teams.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Product Management to translate business priorities into executable technical plans aligned to Kaseya’s product roadmap.
  • Partner with Engineering leaders to define scalable architectures, standardized delivery workflows, and cross-product integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with Security, Cloud Ops, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure releases are secure, reliable, compliant, and ready for customer adoption.
  • Coordinate with M&A integration teams to rapidly align newly acquired products into Kaseya’s platform ecosystem.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers across global offices, building a culture focused on execution excellence, accountability, and operational rigor.
  • Establish TPM best practices, tools, templates, and communication models that scale across a distributed engineering environment.
  • Coach TPMs on technical depth, stakeholder management, and program orchestration skills.

Operational Excellence

  • Introduce and enforce delivery processes that improve predictability, quality, speed, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and systemic issues, driving proactive mitigation strategies and long-term improvements.
  • Champion process automation, release readiness, and continuous improvement across Kaseya’s engineering organization.

Executive Communication

  • Provide crisp, data-driven program updates to C-level executives, including risks, decisions needed, and impact to roadmap commitments.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making with clarity, urgency, and business-oriented thinking.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or enterprise product implementations.
  • 10+ years managing technical or program teams in fast-paced software development environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, distributed software programs across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise IT systems, or MSP-focused platforms.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
