- Provide Sales with campaign context, intent signals, and insights to improve follow-up effectiveness and pipeline conversion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and measure a quarterly campaign plan focused on net-new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

- ICP and account list definition
- Audience building and segmentation
- Targeted messaging and content development
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Platform execution (Terminus, Marketing OS / automation tools)
- KPI, engagement, and conversion reporting
- Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign assets such as eBooks, playbooks, infographics, reports, ads, and presentations.
- Design and optimize lead flow and nurture strategies using marketing automation to accelerate funnel velocity and improve conversion rates.
- Manage engagement and reactivation campaigns, including retargeting, email nurtures, post-event follow-up, and cold-lead re-engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with:
- Product Marketing on ICP-focused messaging and content
- Digital teams on performance marketing, review sites (G2, Capterra), and optimization strategies
- Marketing Operations on campaign setup, nurture programs, automation, A/B testing, deliverability, analytics, and CRM integration
- Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, publishers, and industry partners.

- Maintain campaign and event calendars, ensuring clear communication and on-time execution.
- Forecast, analyze and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI for senior leadership.
