  • Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, channel mix, and conversion rates.

Sales Opportunity Creation

  • Provide Sales with campaign context, intent signals, and insights to improve follow-up effectiveness and pipeline conversion.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute and measure a quarterly campaign plan focused on net-new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Own campaign management across all stages, including planning, audience definition, execution, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Execute multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs leveraging channels such as:
  • Paid media, SEO/SEM, website optimization
  • Webinars and virtual events
  • Email and marketing automation programs
  • Online media, social media, and content syndication
  • Direct mail, tradeshows, and field marketing
  • Manage and scale a comprehensive webinar program (third-party and internally hosted), including scheduling, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, follow-up workflows, and performance analysis.
  • Execute tiered ABM campaigns, including:
  • ICP and account list definition
  • Audience building and segmentation
  • Targeted messaging and content development
  • A/B testing and experimentation
  • Platform execution (Terminus, Marketing OS / automation tools)
  • KPI, engagement, and conversion reporting
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign assets such as eBooks, playbooks, infographics, reports, ads, and presentations.
  • Design and optimize lead flow and nurture strategies using marketing automation to accelerate funnel velocity and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage engagement and reactivation campaigns, including retargeting, email nurtures, post-event follow-up, and cold-lead re-engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with:
  • Product Marketing on ICP-focused messaging and content
  • Digital teams on performance marketing, review sites (G2, Capterra), and optimization strategies
  • Marketing Operations on campaign setup, nurture programs, automation, A/B testing, deliverability, analytics, and CRM integration
  • Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, publishers, and industry partners.
  • Project manage campaign execution and asset delivery through a project management platform (e.g., Wrike, Asana).
  • Maintain campaign and event calendars, ensuring clear communication and on-time execution.
  • Forecast, analyze and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI for senior leadership.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and campaign attribution, supporting strong reporting and insights.
  • Support social media, corporate blogging, and marketing research initiatives as needed.

Desired Attributes

  • Accountable: Takes ownership of outcomes, continuously evaluates performance, and seeks ways to improve results.
  • Team Player: Proactively supports teammates and contributes beyond assigned responsibilities to drive team success.
  • Positive & Growth-Oriented: Approaches challenges with optimism, creativity, and a bias toward action.
  • Resourceful: Delivers results even without perfect tools or conditions; prioritizes progress over perfection.
  • Confident Communicator: Demonstrates subject-matter expertise, leads through influence, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Thrives Under Pressure: Effectively balances competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for targeting, personalization, content optimization, or performance analysis.
  • Data-driven mindset and confidence working hands-on with campaign data, using tools like Excel and dashboards to uncover insights and inform optimization decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPointwith the ability to create clear, compelling, and comprehensive presentations.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
