Executive Summary 

Kaseya is seeking a B2B SaaS Revenue Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion and measurable pipeline impact. 

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners. While the role interacts with global teams across the business, primary accountability is focused on the Americas. 

This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong campaign management skills and the ability to segment, engage, and expand existing customer accounts across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, embraces experimentation, and leverages digital marketing, marketing automation, and AI-powered tools and customer data to optimize campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities. 

 

What You’re Accountable For 

 
Customer Expansion & Lifecycle Campaigns 

-Manage and execute integrated, multi-channel customer marketing and expansion campaigns designed to drive customer growth, product adoption, renewals and retention, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value. 

-Manage end-to-end campaign delivery through cross-functional partners including Creative, Digital, Social, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Sales. 

-Use product usage data, customer insights, automation, and AI-driven analytics  

 
Expansion Pipeline & Revenue Influence 

-While your primary KPI is MQLs and revenue expansion, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure expansion-ready accounts are properly nurtured, prioritized, and followed up on. 

-Provide account-level insights, intent signals, and campaign performance data to support account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities. 

 

Primary Responsibilities 

-Execute and measure a quarterly customer expansion campaign plan focused on adoption, retention, and incremental revenue growth. 

-Own campaign management across all stages, including planning, segmentation, execution, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. 
-Webinars, virtual events, and customer workshops 

-Execute tiered customer ABM programs aligned to account value, lifecycle stage, and expansion potential, including: 

-Account segmentation and prioritization with expansion-focused messaging and offers 

-Manage a comprehensive customer webinar and enablement program, including: 

  -Onboarding, adoption, and advanced-use-case content 

  -Cross-sell and upsell-focused sessions 

  -Scheduling, speaker coordination, and follow-up workflows 

  -Partner with Product Marketing to develop expansion-focused content aligned to customer needs, product maturity, and value realization. 

   -Collaborate with Marketing Operations to support design and optimize automated nurture flows, triggers, and attribution reporting. 

-Execute re-engagement campaigns to reduce churn risk and reactivate dormant or underutilized accounts. 

-Work closely with Product Marketing and Account Management to: 

     -Align campaigns to renewal and expansion motions 

     -Provide ongoing reporting KPI’s as related to impact on campaigns and revenue influence. 

-Ensure strong CRM and customer data stewardship.

 

Experience & Skills 
 

-Proven experience (4+ years) experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion-focused campaign management within B2B SaaS. 

-Strong understanding of customer journeys, adoption frameworks, and expansion motions. 

-Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer data. 

-Experience leveraging digital, automation, and AI-driven tools for segmentation, personalization, predictive insights, and performance optimization. 

-Ability to translate product usage and customer data into actionable marketing programs. 

-Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 

-Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to create clear, compelling, and comprehensive reports and analysis
