GREAT opportunity to grow with rapidly growing company, Kaseya. This position has high visibility in the company. Kaseya is looking for a Product Analyst (Oracle Functional) to drive Transformation across all the financial system globally, leading the maintenance and development for all their products/systems/areas.  Main technology includes Oracle ERP ( AR, CM, Collections), GetPaid and Kyriba.  Other technologies include Salesforce, Mulesoft, Snowflake and Microsoft. This role will drive innovation, business process, requirements, and motivate cross functional teams across IT and the business functions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc.  Scope includes CM, AR, Billing, Collections.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire. You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience through a customer-centric approach with responsibility for the following duties:

  •       Manage and innovate Kaseya Order to cash business process and back-office systems, Oracle ERP, GetPaid, GR4VY.
    ·       Work with the cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather and document requirements for all new features and enhancements related finance applications.
    ·       Be the SME on how core Finance operates and integrate with other enterprise apps.
    ·       Lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical users’ stories w/ engineering team
    ·       Prioritize backlog of work ensuring alignment of initiatives with corporate strategy.
    ·       Work with key business leadership to prepare change mgmt. documentation prior to release.
    ·       Help overall organization to continually mature operating model and improve processes.
    ·       Assist with Billing migrations & Integrations that rapidly occurs via M&A activities.
    ·       Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA and processes to improve operational efficiencies of business operations.
    ·       Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).
    ·       Work with third-party integrations tools OIC, Mulesoft and DellBoomi

 
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
·       6 + years of experience as an ERP Functional with hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP
·       2+ years of product Analyst or equivalent experience
·       5+ years of Oracle ERP experience or equivalent ERP experience
·       Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration with implementing at least one complex E2E ERP implementation program
·       Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
·       Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
·       Proven track record of execution and accountability 
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills 
·       A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
·       A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
·       Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
