Kaseya is seeking an accomplished Director of End User Technology Engineering to lead strategy and execution across end user productivity, employee experience, and the reliable operation of endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, and related systems. This role has direct oversight of Endpoint, Mobile, Multimedia, Collaboration, and Messaging services, as well as technology procurement and IT AI and automation tooling.
The Director serves as a primary point of contact for end-user technology, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, business partners, vendors, and executive leadership. This individual will guide the strategy, design, implementation, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and systems that enable Kaseya’s workforce, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience. The role works closely with technology, business, facilities, and security teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient end-user services.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-user technology strategy, roadmaps, and execution aligned to business goals, productivity, collaboration, and security.
- Oversee lifecycle management and operations of endpoints, applications, M365 services, and conference room technologies.
- Manage projects including hardware/software upgrades, migrations, deployments, and integrations.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on budgeting and vendor management.
- Collaborate with Facilities on office IT infrastructure (AV systems, access control, network readiness) and support office expansions and relocations.
- Ensure physical security and environmental controls for IT equipment.
- Lead teams focused on IT automation, AI-driven support, and operational efficiency.
- Implement automation platforms (ServiceNow, Power Automate, RPA) and enterprise AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, including adoption and training plans.
- Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of end-user systems and collaboration environments.
- Manage incident, request, and problem processes to meet SLAs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain secure end-user environments.
- Establish policies, standards, and best practices aligned to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor end user satisfaction using feedback, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and report on M365 service health and usage (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Administer and configure M365 workloads, Entra ID, Intune endpoint policies, security, compliance, and governance controls.
- Develop technical documentation, end-user guides, and deliver training for M365 and end-user technologies.
Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, modern endpoint management, and Apple device management (Intune, Jamf or similar).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 engineering and support.
- Hands-on experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and M365 licensing.
- Experience with conference rooms and AV technologies (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Neat, Logitech).
- Proven success in implementing AI and automation in IT operations.
- Familiarity with facilities coordination and office IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong project, time management, and multitasking skills.
Leadership & Communication
- Lead and mentor engineering, end-user technology, and help desk teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to provide thought leadership, drive innovation, and solve complex problems.
- Experience supporting remote and hybrid workforce models.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- ITIL, CITP, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or security certifications preferred.
