Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

The Role

We are looking for a strategy professional to join Kaseya's Corporate Strategy team. This is a high visibility, high impact role that sits at the intersection of data-driven analysis and executive-level decision making. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic recommendations, lead analytical workstreams, and drive special initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial modeling and quantitative analysis — honed through investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance — combined with intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in how AI tools are reshaping the way strategy work gets done.

This role offers significant breadth: one week you may be building a pricing model to evaluate a go-to-market decision; the next, you may be running a cross-functional working session or preparing materials for a board-level strategic review.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic analysis and recommendations — own end-to-end analytical workstreams including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, pricing strategy, business case development, and performance analysis
  • Build financial models to assess and pressure test project feasibility: create bespoke, “on the fly” analyses (e.g., with Excel) to bring quantitative rigor to a wide range of business problems
  • Leverage data to tell compelling stories — pull and manipulate data, synthesize findings, and translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations
  • Run meetings and cross-functional processes — facilitate working sessions, manage project timelines, and keep senior stakeholders aligned across fast-moving initiatives projects as they arise
  • Experiment with and champion AI tools — actively explore how AI can improve the quality, speed, and scale of strategy work, and share best practices with the team

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytically rigorous environment
  • Proven ability to own complex analytical projects independently, from scoping through delivery

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills — comfortable building models from scratch
  • SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to develop it) — ability to query databases, join datasets, and extract insights without relying on data engineering support
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) and a genuine interest in staying ahead of how these tools are evolving

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to distill ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks and persuasive recommendations
  • Strong executive presence and comfort running meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and structured thinker; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Why This Role

  • Direct exposure to C-suite and senior leadership on high-stakes decisions
  • Broad remit across Kaseya's full business — pricing, competitive strategy, M&A, product strategy, and more
  • A team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and has real influence on company direction
