Karen Variya

Karen Variya is the Chief Strategy Officer at Kaseya. In this role, Karen leads the company’s global strategic planning and execution, driving long-term growth and ensuring that Kaseya’s integrated solutions continue to deliver maximum value to IT professionals worldwide.

Karen brings over 20 years of high-impact leadership experience in finance, strategy, and operations to the Kaseya executive team. Before joining the company, she served as Head of Strategy at Dayforce (formerly Ceridian), a global leader in human capital management software. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving transformation and global expansion that were key in scaling company operations.

Earlier in her career, Karen spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she held several senior leadership positions, across Finance & Strategy. Her extensive background at P&G provided a foundation in operational excellence and strategic financial management within one of the world’s most sophisticated consumer goods organizations. This combination of deep SaaS expertise and global enterprise experience allows her to bridge functional silos and drive strategic transformation across the Kaseya ecosystem to accelerate growth and impact.

Karen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan. A dedicated mentor and strategic thinker, she is passionate about shaping organizational visions that translate into measurable success and is committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration.
