Before starting her journey with ID Agent, Katie spent three years in the MSP channel space. As a Channel Success Manager, she thrived on helping ID Agent’s partners create out-of-the-box sales and marketing initiatives. With a passion for helping people, her goal is to align the partner’s vision with the platform’s capabilities.
