Autotask, Kaseya 365 Ops

Autotask has introduced Umbrella Contracts, delivering a faster and more efficient way to manage complex contractual relationships. You gain improved visibility, streamlined billing, and simplified oversight of multiple contracts in a single container.

Grouping multiple arrangements, such as services and time & materials, into a single container makes contract management easier to administer. Umbrella-level rules like auto-renewal and auto-indexing apply to new arrangements by default, while admins can choose to extend them to existing ones. All activities, edits, and rule changes are tracked in contract history, with a redesigned interface that includes in-frame drawers, table search and filtering, and in-line editing for easier navigation.

Note: This feature will be rolled out in phases according to the published deployment schedule.
