Account setting to limit impersonation
IT Glue administrators can now configure an Account Setting to Limit Impersonation from the Admin page, giving organizations greater control over whether their account can be impersonated by support staff.
This account-level setting allows organizations to align impersonation permissions with their internal security and governance policies, helping reduce unnecessary access while maintaining greater oversight of support interactions.
