Wagner brings extensive leadership experience in strategic finance and business transformations
NEW YORK and MIAMI – June 16, 2021 – Kaseya, the leading provider of IT and security management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has named Kathy Wagner as its Chief Financial Officer to support the company’s aggressive growth that includes workforce expansions in Miami, Vancouver and Dublin, and the opening of its Security Operations Center (SOC).
A seasoned executive with proven success leading multiple finance and business transformations, Wagner will be based out of Kaseya’s Miami headquarters. She will lead all legal and financial activities across the full portfolio of Kaseya companies, define strategy for group operations and ensure the business is poised for continued growth.

Prior to joining Kaseya, Wagner worked for Citrix Systems, Inc. for 17 years. As Vice President, Global Finance & Administration, she helped the company scale from $300M to more than $3B in revenue. Wagner developed a long-range plan to drive the transformation to a SaaS/subscription-based business model while optimizing investment and growth opportunities. She implemented strategies and processes and effectively communicated the value of transformation to all key stakeholders.

Wagner holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
