Position Title: Senior Manager Strategic Finance and Operations

We are hiring a Senior Manager in Strategic Finance to build out foundational areas of an impactful and high-performing team. The areas span revenue forecasting and optimization, corporate finance, and capital markets activities. This role will help manage the company’s annual business planning and quarterly reforecasting processes, develop & monitor company wide metrics & KPIs, report on trends and explain variances, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive stronger business performance and profitability, ultimately helping to drive key-decision making across the organization. This role will also lead transformational M&A and capital raising efforts. Beyond forward-looking strategic recommendations, you will oversee all facets of operational planning processes for Kaseya’s revenue streams and spend, including budgeting, forecasting and LRF (longrange forecasting).

In This Role, You Will

  • Own critical corporate finance processes, including Board reporting and building and evolving our long-term forecasting models to support decision-making around expansion and operational strategies
  • Create, enrich and maintain financial models to support ROI based decision-making and inform key stakeholders across the organization of the financial implications of key business decisions
  • Manage a subset of our product revenues and gross margins, establish monthly reporting, and conduct in-depth analyses to derive actionable insights
  • Be the finance partner to our product, GTM and Growth leaders on pricing and packaging exercises, and evaluate new business models
  • Drive growth and improvements in margin and profitability through effective business planning partnering with the leadership team to achieve overall alignment on goals
  • Create high-quality presentations for communicating Kaseya’s financial performance
  • Distill our business and cost drivers into key metrics that underpin how we communicate financial performance, allocate resources, and plan for growth
  • Identify areas of opportunity across our P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
  • Stay current on market trends and best-in-class financial performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across departments, including our Accounting and FP&A teams, to build and evolve our financial reporting as well as finance team operations
  • Partner with the Data Team to provide key insights into performance and financial trends, linking leading indicators in current business drivers to future strategy
  • Develop financial communications for investors and other stakeholders
  • Lead transformational M&A and capital markets processes, as they arise
  • Manage all ad hoc analysis for the Strategic Finance team

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • 3+ years of progressive investment banking, corporate finance, or buy side investing experience
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • A strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks in financials
  • An analytical mindset and inclination to seek out the truth instead of relying on generalities and broad assumptions
  • Expert modeling skills, with experience building complex operating models
  • Expert knowledge of financial statement, ROI and new business analysis, in addition to corporate finance and accounting concepts.
  • Ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership
  • Excellent communication skills and “story telling” ability when presenting data insights
  • Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
  • An understanding of business models and metrics that are relevant to Kaseya
  • Agility to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and willingness to get deep into the weeds where needed

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
