Kaseya is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts to drive expansion within a portfolio of high value and complex customers. This role focuses on long term relationship development, strategic growth planning and navigating multi stakeholder enterprise environments. You will be responsible for identifying and executing large scale upsell and cross sell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Growth and Strategy
Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise level accounts, creating and executing multi year account plans that align Kaseya solutions with customer business objectives. Identify whitespace opportunities and build strategic roadmaps to drive sustained revenue growth.

Complex Deal Management
Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes and executive level decision making. Manage deal strategy, negotiation and closing for high value, long cycle opportunities.

Executive Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C level executives. Position yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding business priorities, industry trends and organizational challenges.

Value Based Selling
Translate Kaseya product suite into measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients. Develop tailored value propositions, business cases and ROI models to support expansion initiatives.

Customer Success and Adoption Leadership
Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and ongoing value realization. Monitor usage trends and proactively address risks to retention and growth.

Forecasting and Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate forecasts while managing a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities. Use data driven insights to guide decision making and ensure predictability in long cycle enterprise deals.

Cross Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and support complex solution deployments.

CRM and Account Intelligence
Leverage Salesforce and account intelligence tools to track engagement, pipeline and account health. Maintain detailed records to support strategic planning and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, with at least 1 years focus on enterprise or large mid market accounts
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and closing high value, complex deals
  • Experience engaging and selling to senior decision makers including C level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into enterprise environments
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi threaded sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account plans
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting methodologies
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business value
