At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

Kaseya is looking for a driven and commercially astute Distribution Marketing Manager to own and grow its channel marketing activity across DACH and Southern Europe. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of partner development, demand generation, and MDF programme management.

You will be the primary marketing contact for our distribution partners in the region, working hand-in-hand with Kaseya’s distribution sales managers and the marketing teams within our key distributors to build scalable, ROI-positive marketing programmes that bring new MSPs and resellers into the Kaseya ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

MDF Programme Management

  • Own the end-to-end management of the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programme across DACH and Southern Europe
  • Plan, allocate, and track MDF investments in close collaboration with distribution partners
  • Build robust ROI measurement frameworks to evaluate return on all co-funded marketing activity
  • Ensure timely claim processing, compliance with programme guidelines, and accurate budget reporting
  • Continuously optimise fund allocation based on partner performance and pipeline contribution

Partner Recruitment & Expansion

  • Drive net-new reseller and MSP recruitment through targeted campaigns run in partnership with distributors
  • Develop go-to-market programmes that position Kaseya as the preferred vendor for new and emerging partners
  • Support the expansion of existing partner revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and joint pipeline generation initiatives
  • Identify white-space opportunities within the distribution network and build activation plans to address them

Distributor Collaboration

  • Build deep working relationships with the marketing teams at each key distributor
  • Align marketing calendars, campaign plans, and event strategies with distributor go-to-market motions
  • Collaborate with Kaseya’s regional distribution sales managers to ensure marketing and sales alignment at all partner touchpoints
  • Represent Kaseya marketing in distributor-led planning sessions, partner days, and joint business reviews

Distribution QBRs & Business Reviews

  • Lead and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with distribution partners, presenting marketing performance data, campaign results, and forward-looking plans
  • Prepare detailed QBR decks with clear metrics on pipeline, partner recruitment, MDF utilisation, and programme ROI
  • Use QBR insights to refine programme strategy and identify new areas for co-investment

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on key channel marketing KPIs including partner-sourced pipeline, MDF ROI, cost-per-new-partner, and campaign conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate activity records and forecasts across all active programmes

Present regular updates to EMEA leadership on distributor marketing performance

The Right Person

You are commercially minded and results driven. You understand how distributors think and you know how to make marketing spend work harder within a two-tier channel model. You are confident enough to push back when needed, assertive in QBR settings, and credible when talking technology with both partner sales teams and MSP engineers.

You do not need to be told what to do, you see the gaps, build the plan, and get on with it. You bring energy, structure, and a genuine passion for the channel to everything you do.

What You’ll Be Part Of

  • A fast-growing EMEA channel marketing team with a strong portfolio of events and partner programmes
  • A company with deep roots in the MSP ecosystem and a clear ambition to lead the market
  • A culture that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    • Regular travel across DACH and Southern Europe for partner meetings, distributor events, and QBRs

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
