Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy plays a critical role in shaping Kaseya’s long‑term strategic direction through rigorous, data-driven analysis and executive-level decision support. This high‑visibility position partners closely with senior leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and drive special initiatives across the business. The role spans pricing strategy, market and competitive analysis, go‑to‑market decisions, and board‑level strategic support, with an emphasis on financial modeling, quantitative rigor, and clear executive communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end strategic and analytical workstreams, including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, pricing strategy, business case development, and performance analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and go‑to‑market decisions
  • Develop bespoke, on‑the‑fly analyses to bring quantitative rigor to a wide range of complex business problems
  • Synthesize data and analysis into clear, compelling, executive-ready narratives, presentations, and recommendations
  • Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making processes
  • Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions, manage project timelines, and align stakeholders across fast‑moving initiatives
  • Support preparation of materials for executive and board-level strategic reviews
  • Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics tools to improve the quality, speed, and scale of strategy work
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to a high‑performance strategy team culture through structured thinking, ownership, and collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
  • Proven ability to independently scope, execute, and deliver complex analytical and strategic projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, including building models from scratch
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience manipulating and interpreting large data sets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear frameworks and recommendations
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, structured thinker with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in pricing strategy, go‑to‑market strategy, or M&A analysis
  • SQL proficiency or demonstrated ability and interest in developing querying skills
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity and analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
  • Experience supporting board‑level strategy discussions or executive planning forums
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
  • Low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action and problem‑solving
