Position Summary

The Engineer, End User Technology at Kaseya is responsible for supporting, maintaining, automating, and improving the end-user computing environment to ensure a seamless, secure, and productive employee experience. This role supports endpoint devices, collaboration platforms, identity services, Microsoft 365, Azure, and automation initiatives while partnering closely with IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams across Kaseya’s global workforce.

This position is ideal for a technically strong, hands-on engineer with experience in endpoint management, Microsoft cloud services, scripting, automation, AI-enabled development tools, and modern workplace technologies. The role will also contribute to internal tooling, process automation, AI-driven productivity enhancements, and integrations using technologies such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, HTML, Azure DevOps, LLMs, TTS, and STT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Support, maintain, and improve end-user technology platforms, including Windows and macOS endpoints, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and productivity platforms.

· Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, distribution lists, mailbox management, access permissions, and collaboration services.

· Support identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, groups, access controls, and authentication-related troubleshooting.

· Manage and support endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune and related endpoint management tools, including device provisioning, compliance, patching, software deployment, configuration profiles, and lifecycle management.

· Assist with Azure-based services and integrations that support end-user technology, automation, reporting, and operational workflows.

· Develop and maintain scripts and automation using PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, HTML, or similar technologies to improve IT operations, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience.

· Support AI-enabled coding and development initiatives, including the use of AI coding tools, LLM-based solutions, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and automation workflows where applicable.

· Work with Azure DevOps to support task tracking, documentation, scripts, repositories, deployment workflows, or technology projects.

· Support software asset and license management processes using tools such as Flexera, including tracking, reporting, and optimization of software usage.

· Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technology issues across endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration tools, applications, and access-related services.

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account provisioning, access management, software assignment, and security compliance.

· Partner with Security teams to ensure endpoints and user platforms comply with corporate security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

· Document processes, configurations, standard operating procedures, technical workflows, and automation solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, tools, operational processes, and the overall employee technology experience.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· 3+ years of experience supporting end-user computing, endpoint engineering, IT operations, or workplace technology environments.

· Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.

· Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, distribution lists, user management, and collaboration tools.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management concepts, access controls, groups, authentication, and user lifecycle processes.

· Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms for device provisioning, configuration, compliance, patching, and software deployment.

· Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based IT administration.

· Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies.

· Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking, repositories, automation, or deployment workflows.

· Exposure to software asset management or license management tools such as Flexera preferred.

· Interest or experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, automation, TTS, STT, or emerging productivity technologies preferred.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

· Experience supporting employees in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or global enterprise environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience building automation to streamline IT operations and reduce repetitive support tasks.

· Experience integrating APIs, internal tools, or workflow automation platforms.

· Understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, conditional access, and device posture management.

· Experience supporting AI-enabled productivity tools, internal copilots, chatbots, or automation assistants.

· Strong documentation habits and ability to create clear technical procedures for repeatable operations.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
