SaaS Alerts, Kaseya 365 User

SasS Alerts now provides Power Filters to reduce false positives and highlight the real threats. Instead of relying only on country or IP, Power Filters account for expected traffic patterns from applications like Microsoft, which may sync data through unexpected locations during processes such as load balancing.

Global filter rules can be set once and applied across all organizations to save time and improve accuracy. ASN presets make it easy to approve trusted providers, such as Microsoft Redmond traffic for Canadian users, while custom ASN settings allow fine-grained control by name, country, state, county, region, or city. This enhancement reduces alert noise to make critical security events easier to identify.
