Device card performance: Reduced load times

VSA X now loads device cards faster, improving technician productivity and reducing time spent waiting for data to display.

This update significantly reduces page load times when accessing the device card from the Device Management page, providing a smoother and more responsive experience. Additional optimizations are planned for future releases to extend these performance improvements across other pages.
