Datto RMM now includes proactive in-app banner notifications to help administrators monitor license usage and avoid unexpected billing.
Seven days before each billing cycle ends, Datto RMM will display a reminder banner when variable license usage is detected, with a direct link to review license details. A separate alert appears if all Kaseya 365 licenses are consumed and no Committed Minimum Quantity (CMQ) licenses remain, warning that device connectivity may be affected.
These reminders improve visibility, reduce billing surprises and give you time to adjust usage before charges are applied.
