Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Web Remote now automatically switches communication channels when degraded network conditions are detected, ensuring sessions consistently use the lowest-latency path. This proactive adjustment improves connection speed and stability, helping technicians maintain uninterrupted access to remote devices.

In addition, enhanced tunnel selection logic ensures sessions connect through the most optimal regional server, reducing initial connection failures and improving overall performance. Backend logging has also been expanded to capture browser console errors, making it easier to diagnose and resolve remote connection issues.
