We’ve enhanced secure quote access in Kaseya Quote Manager, adding new controls to improve security and auditability.
The system now records the email addresses of all signers and viewers, giving you complete visibility into who has accessed each quote. Refer to Audit Trail for more information.
Users can also regenerate secure access codes as needed, with automatic lockout after five incorrect attempts to prevent unauthorized access. Refer to Securing quotes for more information.
These improvements strengthen quote protection, enhance compliance tracking, and provide greater peace of mind when sharing sensitive pricing information with clients.
