Master and Billing users can now submit their tax exemption status directly through the KaseyaOne portal in a secure, self-service workflow. This reduces back-and-forth with support and keeps all your billing changes in a single, familiar interface.
From the left navigation, go to ‘Subscriptions & Billing’ and select ‘Request Tax Exemption’ to launch the CERTifyTax application in a single sign-on experience. Your credentials and account information carry over automatically, so you can complete your submission without the need to re-enter information.
