SaaS Alerts now integrates with Syncro PSA, allowing tickets to be pushed directly into Syncro for a more complete view of cybersecurity events.
The integration includes account mapping to align clients across platforms, configurable service parameters for ticket handling, and contract mapping for accurate billing and tracking. Centralizing ticket management reduces context switching and helps teams respond to security events more efficiently.
