Datto EDR, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto EDR now supports Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), enabling secure, shared management between providers and end users. This collaborative approach speeds up threat response while maintaining oversight and compliance.

Admins can grant clients access to their EDR environment in an External Analyst role, with controls that define what actions they can take. This empowers them to view and respond to incidents directly, while maintaining segmentation from other clients as well as accountability through managed permissions.
