Agent support for legacy OS versions
Starting with this release, the Datto RMM Agent will no longer support Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 or other legacy Windows, macOS and Linux versions not included in the supported operating systems list. New agent installations will not be supported on these platforms. Existing agents may continue to connect but will no longer receive agent updates or be maintained, tested, or supported by Datto.
Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade affected devices to a supported operating system to continue receiving product and security updates, maintain compatibility with future Datto RMM releases and support compliance with frameworks such as FIPS and CMMC.
