Enhancement
Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Web Remote has been enhanced to deliver a faster, more responsive remote access experience. Improvements to image compression and optimizations to the underlying remote desktop protocol provide smoother screen updates and an approximate 15% reduction in input latency, allowing technicians interact with devices more naturally.

Session reliability has also been improved through smarter tunnel selection logic, ensuring connections use the optimal tunnel server and reducing initial connection failures. Additional optimizations address edge cases that previously caused unnecessary session restarts, increasing the likelihood of successful connections on the first attempt and improving overall productivity.
