Kaseya Quote Manager, Kaseya 365 Ops

Kaseya Quote Manager now includes a new Cooper Copilot admin page, giving administrators a single location to manage all current and future AI-powered features.

The admin page, available in global tenant settings, provides a main toggle to enable or disable AI capabilities across the tenant. An EU-compliant opt-in modal ensures admins explicitly confirm AI usage before activation. This centralized approach simplifies oversight and gives organizations more control over how AI is applied in quoting workflows.

The first feature managed through this page is Product Description Summaries, which uses AI to automatically summarize long product and service descriptions inside quotes. When enabled, a “Show Descriptions” toggle appears in each product block, allowing users to view, summarize or edit descriptions directly within the quote. These descriptions also appear in both PDF and online quote outputs, and any changes are saved only at the quote level, not in the product catalog.

By consolidating AI controls and introducing smarter product description handling, the Cooper Copilot admin page streamlines configuration, improves quote clarity and provides a foundation for future AI enhancements.
