Powered by Device Warranty Lookup, myITprocess builds a profile for each supported question and intelligently ranks matching devices based on device type, age and warranty status.
Review assignees can quickly accept suggested devices to associate them with the relevant question or dismiss recommendations that are not relevant, eliminating the need to manually search inventory during reviews.
By bringing contextual device insights directly into alignment reviews, Smart Insights helps IT teams identify aging or unsupported hardware faster, uncover refresh opportunities and deliver more strategic technology recommendations with less manual effort.
