Cooper Copilot now makes automation even smarter with new workflow triggers and PSA ticket actions that save time and reduce manual effort.
With this release, Cooper Copilot has been updated to allow users to easily create workflows with the Scheduled and Notification trigger types. In addition, it now supports creating workflows that work with your integrated PSA.
Features added to Cooper Copilot in this release include the following:
- Automatically create workflows with the Scheduled trigger type, which triggers workflows to run at a scheduled recurring interval.
- Automatically create workflows with the Notification trigger type, which triggers workflows to run in response to a notification type you specify.
- Automatically create workflows that will work with your integrated PSA (Autotask/BMS/Vorex/ConnectWise) to create and update tickets.
