From application to offer, our hiring approach is designed to be clear and respectful. While we do use AI to help us move faster in the hiring process, we always put human judgement first.
Initial talent partner conversation
We’ll have a friendly chat to assess your strengths, how they align with the role and answer any of your questions.
Role-specific assessments
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical or coding exercise or other assessment.
Hiring team meetings
You’ll meet with the hiring team in a series of structured meetings that focus on abilities, experience, and potential.
Decision & offer
We review feedback using structured scorecards. If aligned, we move forward with background checks and an offer.

As a cybersecurity company, we take online safety seriously. Unauthorized parties sometimes impersonate legitimate companies, including Kaseya, to take advantage of job seekers and steal sensitive information. Always verify communications. Onboarding at Kaseya
From your first conversation to your first day and beyond, our team is with you every step of the way. Before you start, you’ll be invited to an onboarding session to go over what to expect and get your questions answered. Once you’re here, structured training and team-specific onboarding plans ensure you have the tools, clarity, and support to hit the ground running and succeed.

You can apply to three roles at one time within a six-month period. We recommend you focus on roles that closely align with your skills and career goals. When applying, include your resume and, if relevant, a portfolio, GitHub or examples of your work to help us better understand your experience and skills.
Yes, you will have a dedicated recruiter who will help support you throughout the process from application to offer letter. Your recruiter will introduce you to hiring managers at various interview stages, typically including managers, directors and VPs.
If you don’t meet every requirement listed in the job description, don’t worry! We still encourage you to apply. We value transferable skills, potential and willingness to learn. We’ve seen many team members succeed in roles when they weren’t a perfect match on paper.
Make sure to highlight your relevant experience and skills in your cover letter so our team can see how you'll fit.
We aim to move from initial call to offer within two to three weeks, but timeframes can range during busier seasons.
To set yourself up for success, we recommend researching our organization, our people and the businesses we support.
Our hiring teams are trained in behavioral, cultural and skills-based interviewing. We find that using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) can help you clearly showcase your experience.
Be ready to share examples of your work, results and collaboration. And please come up with questions of your own, because interviews are as much for you as they are for us.
