On the contrary, after the transaction closes, Datto and Kaseya will work together to enhance the combined organization's solutions and solicit even more customer engagement through our combined customer bases. Once the transaction closes, the blended organization's R&D teams will only accelerate development and innovation, and the award-winning support teams will only augment and speed adoption and customer satisfaction.

Integrations currently exist between Kaseya and Datto products, and we will work in the coming months to both enhance the current integrations and build new ones to ensure a seamless experience for all customers after the transaction closes.
