Datto EDR, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto EDR now includes AI-driven Security Insights, giving your team a clearer understanding of security posture across individual client locations without requiring additional manual reporting.

The feature analyzes 30 days of alert metadata to generate a security summary, detect anomalous host behavior and surface opportunities for alert suppression. These insights help technicians quickly spot high-risk devices and identify where alert noise can be reduced.

For MSPs, this makes it easier to focus on genuine threats, reduce alert fatigue and bring stronger security context into client QBRs.
