MDM: Notification via webhooks for application events

VSA 10, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Kaseya VSA 10 introduces webhook-based notifications for MDM application events, delivering faster and more reliable event delivery compared to periodic polling. This new event system enables near real-time visibility into application-related changes, helping teams respond more quickly and integrate MDM events into external workflows.

For on-premises deployments, enabling this capability requires whitelisting the MDM webhooks API IP address 74.235.48.191. Without whitelisting, events will continue to update on a 30-minute interval, ensuring continuity while offering a clear path to real-time notifications.
