Compromise engine update for IP addresses

January 30
Enhancement
Dark Web ID, Kaseya 365 User

Dark Web ID now routes IP address monitoring through the enhanced compromise engine, giving you clearer visibility into IP-based dark web exposure. You may see more findings as detection improves, while still deciding how IP alerts flow into your ticketing and PSA tools.

A new optional PSA integration setting lets you choose whether IP-based compromises create PSA tickets, with the option disabled by default so nothing changes until you turn it on. Activation links for new accounts now expire after 7 days, providing a consistent, predictable onboarding experience for new users.

The Managed Monitored Values > Domains page has also been tuned for speed and scalability, so large domain lists load and update faster without changing how you manage them. Together, these updates help you respond faster to IP-related risks, onboard clients more smoothly and keep ongoing monitoring efficient as your customer base grows.
