IT Glue, Kaseya 365 Ops

IT Glue now offers greater flexibility for securing passphrases while keeping them easy to use. Only users with Administrator or Manager roles can configure these settings to tailor passphrases to your team’s needs.

Instead of the default format of six lowercase words separated by hyphens (e.g., apple-banana-cherry-date-elder-flower), you can now customize passphrases to include at least one uppercase letter, one number or one special character — or any combination of these — to significantly boost security. These enhanced options ensure passphrases are stronger yet remain clear and readable. They are ideal for MSPs, especially when sharing credentials over the phone, as they are simple to dictate and less likely to be misheard. They are secure, practical and tailored for IT teams.
