Pause and resume API keys

IT Glue, Kaseya 365 Ops

IT Glue now lets administrators pause and resume individual API keys from Admin > Settings > API Keys. This gives your team a safer way to temporarily stop API access without deleting or revoking the key.

Paused keys can be used during security reviews, audits, or planned integration maintenance. When the work is complete, admins can resume the same key instead of creating a new one and reconfiguring connected systems.
