You can now create, save and reuse custom templates for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports directly within the QBR Report Builder in myITprocess.

Templates allow you to define your preferred QBR structure once and reuse for future reports. You can save an existing QBR as a template or build one from scratch. Each template preserves your custom section names, order and report settings so your reports always follow the same framework.

All templates are stored in a central library where you can preview, edit, duplicate or delete them as needed. When creating a new QBR, simply select a template to instantly apply your predefined structure, formatting and configuration — eliminating the need to rebuild reports every time.

By standardizing QBR formats, templates help teams scale QBR delivery, reduce repetitive work and ensure every client receives a consistent, professional report — no matter who prepares it.
