Kaseya 365 Endpoint is an all-encompassing license designed to manage, secure and back up all endpoints under a single, low-cost subscription.
Kaseya 365 Endpoint has seven components that align to three core functions:
- MANAGE
- RMM: Datto RMM, VSA 10 or VSA 9 (current users only)
- SECURE
- Antivirus: Datto AV
- Third-Party Patching: Advanced Software Management (Datto RMM or VSA)
- Endpoint Detection and Response: Datto EDR
- Ransomware Detection: Datto EDR
- Managed Detection and Response/SOC: RocketCyber (available in Pro subscription only)
- BACK UP
- Endpoint Backup: Datto/Unitrends Endpoint Backup
Kaseya 365 Endpoint is sold in two different tiers:
- Kaseya 365 Pro (includes all seven components)
- Kaseya 365 Express (all components except MDR/SOC)
Upgrading Kaseya 365 Endpoint is simple and keeps your current licenses, pricing and features intact. Since every customer’s setup is unique, upgrades can be arranged through your account manager or directly via your KaseyaOne account.
Kaseya 365 Endpoint covers the essential needs of endpoint management, security and backup. Other modules have different licensing terms (such as data capacity or user licenses) and are not part of this single subscription designed specifically for endpoints.
All other Kaseya products can be added separately using standard licensing terms. This gives partners a scalable solution with essential endpoint management, security, backup and automation while allowing them to expand as their needs grow.
Yes, you can still buy individual components of Kaseya 365 Endpoint. However, the bundled subscription is so cost-effective that many components are essentially free. Even if you don’t use them right away, you can activate them anytime at no extra cost. You can also start with a single component and upgrade to Kaseya 365 Endpoint later.
Kaseya 365 Endpoint is available as a new subscription or an upgrade to all Kaseya customers. If you already use one or more components and want to upgrade, your Kaseya 365 Endpoint license must match that of the component with the highest number of endpoints. New customers who don’t currently subscribe to any components must start with at least 50 endpoints. If you have a RocketCyber subscription, your current license count must be included in your upgrade.
Yes, a Kaseya 365 Endpoint subscription is designed to manage, secure, back up and automate all endpoints under an IT professional's care. Splitting these solutions could leave some endpoints unprotected. Since these functions are essential for performance and security, they are bundled together in a single subscription.
The RMM component of Kaseya 365 Endpoint can be either VSA or Datto RMM. VSA 9 users do not need to upgrade to VSA 10 to use Kaseya 365 Endpoint, but VSA 9 is available as an RMM option only for current VSA 9 users and cannot be purchased as a new license. Other components, such as advanced software management and ransomware detection, work seamlessly with all three RMM options.
The low-cost subscription for Kaseya 365 Endpoint helps MSPs more than double their profit margins while allowing internal IT teams to cut tool expenses. IT professionals no longer have to choose between comprehensive endpoint protection and budget constraints. With 20 built-in automations across its components, Kaseya 365 Endpoint boosts efficiency, saves time and reduces human error.
Kaseya 365 Endpoint subscribers receive 5TB of shared storage to back up all their endpoints using the Endpoint backup component. This storage is included in the subscription, allowing users to try Endpoint Backup at no extra cost. If storage usage exceeds 5TB, additional charges will apply as outlined in the subscription agreement.
If a customer has purchased a third-party AV solution through Kaseya, the cost will be applied to their Kaseya 365 Endpoint subscription when they upgrade. They will have 90 days to transition to Datto AV.
