VSA 10 Remote Control now introduces SIMD-accelerated image scaling along with a new Smart sizing with downscaling option, reducing image processing latency while maintaining high visual quality. These enhancements are especially beneficial when connecting between devices with different display resolutions, such as 4K monitors and laptops, ensuring smoother and more responsive sessions.
The new Smart sizing with downscaling option is now available in the Remote Control client toolbar on both Windows and macOS. It preserves text and graphical clarity during scaling while optimizing bandwidth usage. By default, this option is disabled and is not persisted. The existing Smart sizing setting remains enabled and continues to be saved in the registry.
