Kaseya DattoCon Europe 2025 wasn’t just another industry event. Held in the heart of Dublin, Ireland, it brought together more than 1,500 MSPs from around the world for three days of connection, insight and forward momentum.
This year’s show focused on real-world innovation. Attendees saw firsthand how Kaseya is helping MSPs work smarter, stay secure and grow faster.
Product updates that matter
DattoCon Europe also marked the introduction of Rania Succar, Kaseya’s new CEO, to the channel. Succar, who joins Kaseya after a decade at Intuit and previous leadership roles at Google, McKinsey and Merrill Lynch, connected with partners and shared her vision for the future throughout the event.
In her keynote address, Succar emphasized that the company is accelerating its pace of innovation and building a culture that is not just customer-focused but customer-obsessed. She shared her enthusiasm for engaging directly with MSPs to better understand their needs and priorities, with the goal of shaping product development around their success. As part of that commitment, she announced a $100 million investment in the EMEA region, which includes hiring more than 200 new developers and strengthening Kaseya’s ability to deliver value quickly.
That message set the tone for a series of major product announcements aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing protection and making it easier for MSPs to grow. Here’s a rundown of the product announcements.
Kaseya 365 Ops expands its reach
First introduced at Kaseya Connect Global, Kaseya 365 Ops is now making a global impact . This powerful extension of the Kaseya 365 platform uses automation and practical AI to help MSPs scale efficiently, improve service delivery and streamline operations. On average, customers are saving 160 hours per month — the equivalent productivity of one full-time technician.
Datto EDR for Datto AV
This new feature brings endpoint detection and response directly into Datto AV. It delivers enterprise-grade protection against ransomware and advanced threats, removing the need for a standalone EDR product.
Kaseya SIEM now available
Originally unveiled at Kaseya Connect Global, Kaseya’s SIEM solution is now fully available to partners. SEIM combines data from RocketCyber and SaaS Alerts to correlate endpoint and cloud telemetry, delivering stronger, faster and more actionable threat detection. Designed specifically for MSPs, it offers a streamlined alternative to complex, expensive traditional SIEM platforms.
Free-to-use Datto backup hardware
All models of Datto’s backup appliances are now free to use for Kaseya partners, regardless of model or term. This shift allows MSPs to deliver consistent, enterprise-grade backup services without the burden of upfront hardware costs.
Datto ALTO 5 is back
The popular ALTO lineup now includes a 2TB model at the same monthly cost as the 1 TB version. With added encryption, ALTO 5 provides stronger security and greater value, making it easier for MSPs to meet client needs affordably.
BCDR Fast Track Program
To help MSPs scale their backup offerings, the Datto BCDR Fast Track Program offers up to three appliances with free hardware, 50% off service and complimentary onboarding. This initiative aims to make it easier for partners to grow their business while keeping costs low.
AI-enhanced executive summary in vPenTest
Currently in beta, this new feature uses AI to simplify technical penetration testing results. It creates an executive friendly summary to help business and security teams make smarter, faster decisions without deep technical knowledge.
vPenTest EMEA data center
To support growing demand and compliance needs, vPenTest is expanding its infrastructure with a new data center in the EMEA region. This gives European partners more control over where data is stored and processed, which is critical for meeting GDPR requirements.
$100 million investment in European infrastructure
Kaseya announced a major investment to support its long-term growth across the region, including a new state-of-the-art data center in Dublin. This will help ensure faster performance, stronger data sovereignty and more reliable services for European partners.
Streamlining IT and security
A major theme at DattoCon was helping reduce complexity by consolidating tools and automating everyday tasks. Kaseya continues to enhance its platform with deeply integrated solutions that save time and improve service delivery.
Highlights included:
- Datto RMM + Microsoft Intune integration: MSPs can now manage both tools from a single console, reducing overhead and making it easier to apply consistent policies across environments.
- Audit and remediation tools: A new automation framework identifies vulnerabilities to enable technicians to take quick action. It improves compliance and strengthens risk mitigation across endpoints and networks.
- Dark web monitoring for Microsoft 365: MSPs now have built-in visibility into M365 credential exposure. If user information is found on the dark web, alerts can be sent immediately to reduce potential damage.
A community-driven experience
DattoCon Europe wasn’t just about product news, it was also about empowering MSPs to succeed. IT providers connected with peers, Kaseya leaders and product experts to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and explore proven strategies.
The agenda featured everything from technical deep dives to business growth panels and hands-on labs. Whether an MSP was scaling up or optimizing an established operation, the content delivered practical, actionable insights. And of course, it wouldn’t be DattoCon without some fun. The social events, including a Dame Lane takeover pub crawl, after-hours networking and a packed exhibit floor, added to the buzz that kept Dublin energized all week.
