Kaseya Connect 2025 officially opened on Tuesday, April 29 in Las Vegas setting the foundation for an action-packed week. Thousands of IT professionals converged at the MGM Grand Resort for three days of learning, networking and fun. From the outset, the event’s central theme was clear: Innovation and customer success are at the heart of everything Kaseya does. Kaseya unveiled several major innovations designed to simplify operations, drive efficiency, improve profits and raise the bar for cybersecurity and IT management.
At the center of the action is Kaseya 365, the unified, AI-powered platform that continues to transform how IT professionals manage IT and security and proves that it’s possible for a single platform to consist of best-of-breed solutions.

Backed by insights from nearly 50,000 customers and millions of protected endpoints – including 81% of small businesses that cite IT security and operational efficiency as top concerns – the latest enhancements reflect the increasing demand for smarter, more cost-effective IT solutions.
Introducing Kaseya 365 Ops
Nadir Merchant, General Manager, IT Operations Suite, unveiled the newest edition of the Kaseya 365 platform, Kaseya 365 Ops. This best-of-breed software leverages practical AI to help IT teams improve performance, process tickets, and scale operations efficiently and affordably. Early adopters report an average of 160 hours saved each month, the equivalent productivity of adding a full-time technician, thanks to built-in automation and service optimization tools.
Attendees were especially excited about how Kaseya 365 Ops will save time and reduce headaches by eliminating routine chores—like resolution notes—that are automatically generated by Cooper Co-pilot. Other features available in Kaseya 365 Ops include real-time reporting, fully integrated workflows and a quarterly business review builder that makes demonstrating value simple.
Faster, simpler RMM and backup are here
Gray Knowlton, EVP, Research and Development, revealed the next stop on the roadmap for RMM. Recognizing that IT professionals need proactive solutions to manage endpoint sprawl and scope-of-work creep, Knowlton unveiled a new wave of innovations across Kaseya’s RMM solutions. These updates are designed to help IT teams streamline operations. As part of this effort, Kaseya will also establish new data centers in Australia, Brazil and South Africa.
Frank Debenedetto, GTM General Manager, MSP Suite, introduced enhancements to Kaseya’s backup solutions. One highly anticipated feature came with Datto’s 1-Click Disaster Recovery, which enables IT professionals to spin up a company’s workloads and operations in minutes after an incident in a single click from a user-friendly wizard. The latest updates enable users to tear down the DR environment in a single click when the cloud resources are no longer needed.
Big news for backup: Free devices, price breaks and more storage
The biggest news for backup, however, was the announcement of free-to-use Datto BCDR hardware for any appliance model and at any term length, including month-to-month. In addition, the BCDR Fast Track program offers new Datto BCDR partners 50% off services for up to three devices and free onboarding for the first appliance. Month-to-month and one-year pricing was also reduced by 10%. These updates give IT providers access to reliable, consistent backup services for their clients without the need for capital expenditure.
Debenedetto also unveiled the ALTO 5, a new model in the popular Alto line. The Alto 5 is a new micro desktop form factor in the Datto BCDR line. It doubles the storage while keeping the same price as the 1TB ALTO 4 model it replaces. The ALTO 5 features enhanced security that includes on-box encryption.
Kaseya SIEM delivers enterprise security without the enterprise price
Kaseya answered the call for a solution to contend with growing threats across endpoints and cloud environments. Chief Product Officer Jim Lippie introduced a cost-effective SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) response system with SaaS Alerts and MDR protection. Kaseya SIEM correlates threat data from RocketCyber and SaaS Alerts, combining endpoint and cloud telemetry to deliver unified, faster and more actionable threat detection.
Kaseya delivers innovation with impact

“These innovations allow our customers to improve their businesses and fight against growing cyberthreats,” Lippie said. “As we move forward, innovation is at the heart of everything we do.”
