The Workforce Planner calendar view puts all the moving parts in one place:
- Calendar views: Toggle between day or week views, jump to “Today,” or scroll to see upcoming work.
- Resource list: View employees, their job titles and their availability right in the interface.
- Shift-based scheduling: See white blocks for work hours, gray for off-shift and a red line marking the current time.
- Task pane: Filter, sort and assign tasks directly into the calendar for specific resources.

Workforce Planner also provides comprehensive logging for every activity, including task creation, assignment changes and scheduling updates, accessible under Admin > Logs > Workforce Planner.
