Dayna Perry is the Chief People Officer of Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-size businesses (SMBs).

As Chief People Officer, Dayna leads Kaseya’s global people strategy, focusing on building a high-performing organization and enabling teams to execute, innovate, and deliver for customers. With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in scaling global teams, leading complex organizational transformations, and leveraging data and technology to drive business performance.

Before joining Kaseya, Dayna served as Chief People Officer at Conga, where she led global human resources operations and advanced initiatives in organizational culture, talent management, and compensation strategy. Prior to Conga, she spent seven years at Amazon in senior HR leadership roles, supporting Amazon’s International Consumer Business, Worldwide Delivery Services & Operations Technology, and Global Customer Service.

Earlier in her career, Dayna held several HR leadership positions at BlackBerry, where she helped guide the company through periods of rapid growth and significant organizational transformation. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Organization and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wilfrid Laurier University.
